Ivana Pícková is the new Chairperson of the Board of Max banka

Ivana Pícková is the new Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Max banka from the CREDITAS Group as of 2nd January 2023. She has served on the bank’s Board of Directors since December last year. She was previously involved in the acquisition of Max banka by CREDITAS Group and participated in the preparation of its product and business strategy. She replaces Jan Winkler, who remains a member of the Board of Directors responsible for Operations and IT.

“Max banka will continue to present itself as an online bank for everyday life, offering easy-to-understand products to a wide range of customers. The end of 2022 brought many new clients to the bank, which shows their confidence in our brand. Now, we will focus on implementing new services and expanding the range of credit products,” Ivana Pícková said, outlining Max banka’s goals.

Ivana Pícková has thirty years of experience in banking, having worked in managerial and executive positions in leading banks. Since August 2021, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of Banka CREDITAS and at the same time serves as Director of Retail Banking. She has been working at CREDITAS since 2018, having previously held the position of Director of Project and Product Management. At Max banka, Ivana Pícková is responsible for the Corporate & Premium Banking, Retail Banking and Strategic Communication departments.
