"Our ambition is to provide our clients with a wider range of services for the appreciation of their savings, which is why we made euro deposits more attractive last year and, in response to interest in investments, launched two new investment instruments: Max Invest and CREDITAS Invest App. This year, we also want to strengthen the offer of funds,” adds Hořejší.

The balance sheet total increased by 38% to more than CZK 130 billion. The volume of loans provided in total, which are mainly aimed at financing projects of Czech companies, also grew significantly. Year-on-year, the volume increased by almost 28%. The quality of the loan portfolio is very positive, with the NPL ratio standing at just 2.4% at the end of 2023. During 2023, the bank’s registered capital was strengthened by CZK 1.7 billion by the sole shareholder.
