CRE completed a model apartment for luxury housing development U Milosrdných

CREDITAS Real Estate has completed a show apartment in the premium rental housing project U Milosrdných, located in the historic heart of Prague. The design of this luxurious residence, which has now been officially approved, was created by renowned Czech architect Zdeněk Fránek.

"The project has been in the works for almost twenty-five years. Building even a standard house in Prague is a long-term challenge, but constructing in Prague’s Old Town, right in the historic core, is exceptionally demanding in terms of permitting. The original design for this location by architect Zdeněk Fránek was known as 'Marshmallow,' but it did not receive approval, and the current design was implemented instead. This version emerged from an architectural competition organized by our company. The combination of what is arguably the most prestigious location and premium execution makes Rezidence U Milosrdných an exceptional property for rental housing.
