The property developer CREDITAS Real Estate of the CREDITAS Group has completed the next stage of the Jinonický dvůr project. The renovation of the Jinonický dvůr, a cultural monument, took over two years and cost half a billion crowns. The result is modern, one-of-a-kind housing in a unique historical building that offers 51 apartments in a variety of layouts, from two rooms plus kitchenette up to four rooms plus kitchenette. The first residents will move in during May.

“The Jinonický dvůr, located in Prague 5, is a very unusual project. Thanks to its long history and careful reconstruction, it stands out from your standard residential developments and represents exceptional housing for demanding clients,” says Jiří Vajner, director of CREDITAS Real Estate.

A total of 51 spacious and airy apartments feature modern design and the exceptional atmosphere of château living. This sensation is evoked by the original and preserved building features such as vaulted ceilings, historic roof trusses, and the original fountain.

Selected apartments on the ground floor come with front gardens that – for Prague – are very large. The whole complex is private, the courtyard can be used as a relaxation area with seating, there are underground garages under the inner courtyard, with elevator access available to residents.

“We took care to restore the original elements such as beamed ceilings, roof trusses, the stucco decoration of the facades, the historical sundial, and the Baroque fountain. The icing on the cake is a ridge turret with a working historical clock. Today, the final appearance of the entire complex is truly impressive. I believe that every new resident of the château will appreciate it,” adds Jan Kukla, project manager of CREDITAS Real Estate.

This project, christened Jinonický dvůr, is divided into several stages. These include construction of the apartment buildings and villas located in the close vicinity to the château, and the renovation of the Jinonický dvůr itself, which has been carried out in close cooperation with conservationists over the last two years. During the archaeological research conducted on the site were found the remains of a medieval fortress.

The Baroque appearance of the whole estate, which has survived down to the present day, is the legacy of the Schwarzenberg family. Their coat of arms hangs above the entrance to this day. The reconstruction was designed by MS Architekti, and the contractor is Emexkon.

Jinonický dvůr is located between two ponds in the original Jinonice development, a 5-minute walk from the Nové Butovice B metro stop. In the immediate vicinity there are complete civic amenities, and within walking distance you will find the Košíře-Motol Nature Park and the Prokopské údolí (Prokopské Valley).

The enviable location and the fact that these are enclosed and impassable premises make Jinonický dvůr a comfortable and safe place to live, perfect for young families, for example. Currently, more than half of the apartments have already been sold.
