CREDITAS Real Estate launches first rental housing project

The CREDITAS Real Estate (CRE) development company from the CREDITAS Group will welcome the first tenants in their Prague apartment building project LOOX Prosek Apartments in March. Interest in rental housing in the Czech Republic is growing every year. CRE’s first flagship project is 85 units in the aforementioned project in Prague’s Prosek. The building includes 5 office and 5 commercial units, and parking spaces and basements are a matter of course. The residential complex is located right next to the Prosek metro station, in the immediate vicinity there are complete social amenities.

“In this project we are fulfilling our vision of flexible housing according to the life stage of its inhabitants. We can find apartments of various sizes here, from starter studios up to generous four-bedroom units. Singles or young couples have different housing requirements than families with children. Therefore, in case of a life change, tenants can move within the same apartment building to the corresponding premises without having to change their address,” says Jiří Vajner, the CRE director, about the advantages of the project.

The author of the project is the architectural studio QARTA. LOOX Prosek Apartments bears a modern signature. Its great advantage is not only the location but also the spatial arrangement, thanks to which most of the apartments have a loggia, balcony or terrace with a beautiful view of the Prague skyline.
