CREDITAS Real Estate was awarded points in the prestigious Best of Realty competition

CREDITAS Real Estate, the development company, has been successful in the prestigious Best of Reality competition. The expert jury praised the sensitive transformation of the Jinonický dvůr and awarded this reconstructed cultural monument third place in the category Larger Scale Residential Projects.

The gala evening, which took place in mid-November at the Forum Karlín in Prague, was attended by leading personalities of the Czech real estate market. Eighty buildings in five main categories were nominated for the title in 2023: Residential Projects, Office Centres, Shopping Centres, Hotels and Warehouse and Industrial Sites.

The award-winning Jinonický dvůr has a long history. From its foundation in the 17th century, it served as a farmstead, to which a brewery was later added. Sometimes the nobility spent the night here. Its heyday ended after 1945 with its nationalisation, and the building fell into disrepair over the following decades. It was only awakened to further life by a complete sensitive renovation by CREDITAS Real Estate, which took place between 2020 and 2023. As a result, the unsightly and dilapidated buildings of the Jinonický dvůr complex were transformed into modern and unique housing with a unique atmosphere of life in a castle.
