Eva Collardová is the CEO of Banka CREDITAS

As of 1 July, Banka CREDITAS has a new CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Eva Collardová, who has been the CFO of the CREDITAS Group up to now.

“In recent years, CREDITAS has been growing dynamically and expanding the range of services and products provided to clients. I want to strengthen this trend further so that we continue to be among the top banks for savings appreciation in the retail area and also to offer our clients additional options, such as a wider range of investments and online services,” says Eva Collardová, CEO of Banka CREDITAS.

Eva Collardová graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava and holds an MBA from the University of New York in Prague (UNYP). She has spent most of her more than 20-year career in the banking sector. She worked as a financial director at Volksbank. Before joining Banka CREDITAS, she held various management positions at Commerzbank, was the CFO for the Czech Republic and Slovakia for seven years, and then managed finance at the Central European level. For the last six years, she built and managed a shared service centre in Prague, covering all financial processes for the European region. She has been with the CREDITAS Group since October 2021.   

Vladimír Hořejší, the current CEO, will remain as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banka CREDITAS, where he intends to focus primarily on the business development of the bank and its subsidiaries.

In the context of the Czech banking market, it is interesting that both banks in the CREDITAS Group are now headed by women, as the subsidiary Max banka is headed by Ivana Pícková.
