New CREDITAS Headquarters to Be Built at Rohanské nábřeží

Banka CREDITAS has purchased a new office building project at Rohanské nábřeží in Prague 8 - Karlín from Sekyra Group, the developer. The building for almost two thousand people with a leasable area of over 17 thousand square meters will be completed within three years. It will then become the new headquarters of the CREDITAS Group, Banka CREDITAS and other companies of the Group. The total investment costs of the project are expected to exceed two billion crowns.

"The CREDITAS Group grows dynamically, there are more and more companies, so logically we were looking for additional, sufficiently large and representative premises for our employees which will meet the latest trends. The project is an exemplary combination of the Group's financial strength and the expertise of its growing real estate division. CREDITAS Real Estate Management will take care of the construction," says Kamil Rataj, a member of the Board of Directors of Banka CREDITAS responsible for property management.

The A2 building will be part of the new Rohan City district consisting of administrative and residential buildings near the Invalidovna metro station where 11,000 people are expected to live or work in the future. The more than 20-hectare brownfield restored will further become a significant commercial location which will include the second largest relaxation zone in Prague after Stromovka. The new CREDITAS Group headquarters will offer a total of more than 17,000 m2 of leasable area, of which over 500 m2 will be restaurants and almost 15,000 m2 of offices. The building will meet the latest trends in office buildings.
