The Jinonický dvůr project has won two more awards

A big congratulations goes to CREDITAS Real Estate. It has won two more awards for its project of the reconstruction of Jinonický dvůr.

Already in November, the project was successful in the prestigious Best of Realty competition. The expert jury praised the painstaking transformation of the Jinonický dvůr and awarded this reconstructed cultural monument third place in the Residential Projects on a Larger Scale category.

Jinonický dvůr has also recently won the CIJ Awards Czech Republic in the category of small residential projects. The CIJ Awards have been the longest-running commercial real estate awards event in the Czech Republic. And thirdly, Jinonický dvůr took gold at the Estate Awards in the category of reconstruction of the year. The awards were presented at a gala dinner on 6 December 2023 at the Empire Hall in the Slavic House. This year brought awards for the best projects and industry professionals in a total of 7 categories.

Jinonický dvůr was brought back to life by a complete painstaking renovation by CREDITAS Real Estate, which took place between 2020 and 2023. CREDITAS Real Estate worked closely with the conservationists on the project. And everybody involved was surprised by the discovery of a medieval fortress from the 11th century. It was also possible to preserve the original Baroque and Classicist elements – the supporting structures, ceilings and vaults, the Baroque portal, the tower with a clockface and a historic clockwork, the sundial and the historic fountain.

The reconstruction of Jinonický dvůr has resulted in modern and unique housing in a unique historical complex, which offers 51 residential units with layouts from 2+kk to 4+kk. Thanks to its long history and careful reconstruction, it stands out from typical residential construction and represents exceptional housing for discerning clients, who appreciate the atmosphere of castle living and its genius loci.
