July 23, 2021

The residential development company V Invest has completed the construction of the first phase of the Jinonický dvůr project, which is characterized by a combination of centuries-old history with modern housing of the 21st century. Within the first phase, a total of 20 modern apartments with the layout of 3+kk and 4+kk, with the size ranging from 69 sqm to 123 sqm, were built in the close vicinity of the Jinonice chateau, a national cultural monument from the 17th century. The last two housing units remain available for immediate occupancy. In the Jinonice chateau itself, 46 atypical apartments, studios and commercial spaces will be built within the 2nd phase.

The approved apartments in the first phase are located in the place where the historic barn used to stand at the time when the chateau was owned by the Schwarzenberg family. The studio MS Architekti, which was involved in the design of the renovation of the entire Jinonický dvůr area, therefore, in cooperation with the conservationists, created such a look of the new apartment building that copies the shape of the original farm building. "The new building, on the one hand, thanks to its morphology, restores the original appearance of the entire Jinonice chateau, on the other hand, it clearly acknowledges its modern origins. The ground-floor apartments have generous front gardens with the view of the Jinonice chateau and with the intimacy of the enclosed area. The apartments on the first floor have a balcony, loggia or terrace, while the apartments on the third floor are rich in storage space and the bedrooms and living rooms towards the historic chateau are sunny through large dormers," says Jaroslav Vondřička, partner and director of V Invest, which is part of the CREDITAS investment group.

Air conditioning is a matter of course, all owners will also have at their disposal a parking space in the underground floor and a cellar with direct access to the individual buildings. As part of the first phase, the main building of the chateau was also visually connected to the new extension by a separate building in the western part of the complex, which there is, among other things, a duplex apartment with a generous terrace.

Also the 3rd stage is coming to an end. Within its framework, a total of five luxury villas are being built in Jinonice. Most of them have been sold, the last one remains to be bought. The comfort of living in the villa district, the private land and the highest standard of the used materials are just a few advantages that their owners will have the opportunity to enjoy already in the autumn. The attractive location of Prague 5 will provide everything necessary for a happy life. The city centre is accessible by private and public transport, as well as Václav Havel International Airport. At the same time, you can still enjoy the tranquillity of the Košíře - Motol nature park, which is in the immediate vicinity.
